Add 6 cups water to a pot and bring to a boil. Drop your broccoli in and quick-boil for about three minutes. Remove broccoli from water and give it a quick rinse. Heat a large skillet with oil, add garlic and saute for a few seconds before adding the broccoli. Saute them together, add tamari soy sauce and ginger juice. Let the aromas fuse for about five minutes. And that's all - serve and enjoy!
