I couldn’t help myself with this one. I’ve hit the point of ENOUGH.

Do you know when you hit that point?

Well, I’ve officially hit the point of enough nonsense doing things that aren’t getting you the results you want yet you keep giving it another “try” secretly hoping this next new diet, detox, lunges, trainer, spin class is going to be the answer.

The truth is that NONE of that works long term if you don’t figure out your diet….and not being ON a diet, but a diet, you know the food you eat everyday? That stuff.

When you hit that point the binges, late night junk food, excessive wine, constipation, weight ups and downs, anxiety, depression (yes I added that one) IMPROVE FOREVER.

My most amazing new client said something this week and it just kinda stuck with me to the point that I wanted to share it with the world! You know who you are :).

She hired me specifically because she loved the way I carry myself at the gym. I’m in and out. I show up, get my work done and leave. I’m confident (her words) but not boastful. I’m funny ( I am!!) and I give off an energy that says I just know what I’m doing. And my body….well…it just speaks for itself these days.

Back to the phenomenal woman that hired me…I think her story is so relatable. She is an amazing successful woman. Beautiful heart. Works out HARD with her trainer. Gives 100% at the gym and on the job running a company and managing all those people. She’s a true success in my book even before considering hiring me.

But guess what?

Before our first call she was KILLING herself trying to figure this all out. Her diet was off. She wasn’t gaining weight but nothing was coming off either and man was she working hard. She had stress from being so successful but managing it was super tricky because she has a huge heart.

Maybe you can relate?

Let me be the STAND YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR.

Stop killing yourself. It’s just not worth it and it’s not going to get you that tone body or peace of mind any quicker. I promise you that.

You see….abs are made in the kitchen and thru regular body “maintenance” (acupuncture and massages are amazing!) and yes, detoxes. I do them twice a year.

So stop:

  • Killing yourself mentally
  • Blaming yourself
  • Spending money and not seeing results
  • Feeling frustrated
  • Counting calories
  • Pounds lost or gained on a scale

Instead:

  • Educate yourself
  • Hire someone you want to be more like
  • Learn how to exercise to see results
  • Count chemicals
  • Drink more water
  • Eat more good fats
  • Detox with the change of seasons
  • Hang with people who appreciate you

But for God sake (yes I’m bringing her into this!) stop blaming yourself and killing yourself doing things that don’t work or that your intuition tells you is not right.

The day I had enough I saw the results I wanted. It took time but I was on the road and no longer spinning my wheels throwing darts at a dart board hoping one would stick.
